How long does the process take?
It depends. Smaller goals and mindset changes can happen quickly. Larger goals take place over several years. That said, we offer coaching year round and have ad-hoc availability. Our services are customizable.
You can meet as often as weekly or reach out on a random Tuesday if something urgent arises and and you’d like an ad hock coaching session.
You’re welcome to pause coaching and return at any point. There isn’t a timeline for sustainable change and your life experience is unique to you.

What are your Data protection policies?
We never share your information with a third party (or anyone for that matter). SquareSpace is used to house our website. Google is used for email exchange. Each platform and device has risk. We coach by phone to provide you the most flexibility with your schedule. If you prefer in person or videoconferencing, please let us know.
What should I prepare for our first call?
Truthfully, nothing. You’re partnering with credentialed, ethical coaches. Our coaches will hear what’s calling you and draining your energy. We’ll create the storyboard toward your dreams together. We’ll check-in to make sure we’re headed in the right direction.
Who will coach me?
We pair you with a coach that will align with your unique needs and preferences. You’ll be paired with a coach after your complementary vision session.
You’re welcome to request a different coach at any time. Coaches cannot be guaranteed; however, coaches can be requested based on referrals. Our pairing is based on human connection. No algorithms involved.
How quickly Can we Get Started?
We are currently accepting new clients for June 2024.
What Is due at the time of onboarding?
Payment for the first eight weeks of coaching are due in full at the time of scheduling. After that, coaching will be billed on a monthly basis. This includes a weekly coaching call, resources, and touchpoints via text for accountability and support in between calls. Your contract renews in four week increments after the first eight weeks.
